Your customer experience is terrible

Your customer experience is terrible. Your website is glitchy (pointed that out to the Oceania team who were unaware of the glitches) and then the Sendle experience is next level bad...took approx 15 days to get delivery to me in Victoria, Sendle app was bad at managing delivery expectations, the device is average at best (i.e. really volatile readouts of everything except weight) so i know it's inaccurate - i.e. i can't lose 4% BF in a day then gain 80% of it back the next day...
